They've obviously quit actually caring about language, and just put whatever seems funny in there now...

All people have a since of humor, unless there is something wrong with them.

Whenever a dictionary adds "weird" words, it will show up all over the internet.

They could add a thousand words to the dictionary that were a bit more "proper", but those would never show up all over the net.

Languages are full of words made up by society anyway. A dictionary's job is to document words and give them definitions. So really any of these words could become so popular that they make it into common language for the rest of the existence the English language(unless you consider this killing the language in itself).

Maybe they will add a onomatopoeia now nyaa~

Well, they put in the word "eyeball," a word Shakespeare invented in one of his works.

Eyeball is logical. It makes sense. It works within the logical confines of the neglish language, which he, himself, helped forge.

I can understand adding new words, but when they don't follow any sort of logic, and are just put in there because they're widely known slang terms (Grrrl? WTF, I've never even HEARD the term, much less 2/3 of them....) it gets ridiculous.
