Physical Attributes: Fireflies may not be known for their good looks but they have plenty to make up for it. Fast and maneuverable, Fireflies gained reputation as being smuggler ships for their speed and crannies that made finding anything hard even for those who owned her. She's a smaller ship, but still plenty livable.

[title]Additional Information[/title]

Ever gotten on a ship and just known she was loved?

Might not get that feeling from Serenity the first time you get on. In fact, your first impression might be that she's sorta a pile a junk and any smart man would have turned her over long ago. Or that there is a really odd smell that comes off certain parts, like maybe the place could use a good cleaning after a cow smuggling heist gone wrong. Never mind those details, though. You stay long enough, you'd know same as every man on that ship - there is love keeping her up in the air.

Good thing, too, since sometimes there ain't much else in her fuel tank to keep her going.

Life on Serenity may not be so easy at times but... Well, that's really the one constant she has to her. Things get hard, but the crew takes care of her, keeps her in the air (mostly) and they do love her sometimes fierce, even if that love occasionally costs them more credits than she's worth in total. She's a good old ship with all her personal touches (most painted on or put up by the ship's mechanic - one cheerful little genius of a girl they call Kaylee) and even more places to hide. Works at well seeing as they have more than one fugitive on board and a whole crew of people not looking to deal with the alliance. And since she's a common and boring enough ship (not much flash to draw the eye to her), they're usually over lucked pretty easily. Well, 'xcept when they're not, but we've all had those days.
