"Oh. Yeah, probably." Then, inexplicably, Lily started laughing. "Did you...did you see their faces, though?"

Marlene slowed down her run, as they approached the entrance to the passageway, laughing still harder. "Oh yes. Though I'm sorry to say, it made Alfred look even more attractive to me." She let out a snort, which made her laugh harder.

Taking a deep breath, she let out a final giggle. "So, lessons learned? I think we can safely say one is bring back up shoes. And prepare a code word in advance."

"Deal." She smiled, hooking her arm with her best friend. "And I think that we can also, safely, say that Flo is going to be very jealous." She smiled.

"Flo. She would've known what to do about Wulfric and Alfred. So, Marlene. Is woggles a noun or a verb? Or, by some strange twist, an adjective?"

"I doubt that she would've known what to do any better than me." Marlene giggled."But it most definetly would've meant that I would have had to share Alfred." She laughed. "I think that Woggles can be anything that it wants. I don't think that this word should ever be refrained, because it has done its job extremely well."

"Yes, but in some situations, I feel it might not work. Say, for instance...Wait. No...What if..." Lily stopped walking for a second, deep in thought. "Nope. It works for everything," she said, relinking arms with Marlene.

"That's right. I TOLD you it was a good word." Marlene smiled,a definite note of smugness in her tone as she poked her best friend. "So, what now? Everything is going to seem so anti-climatic after this."

"Well, do we want to stay out or go back to Hogwarts? Hogwarts is warm with lots of food, but not Hogwarts has got a lot more possibilities."

"I think that we should go back to Hogwarts." She pushed aside the rock that led into the passageway, and replaced it carefully after they were both inside. "There is no telling what would happen if we ran into Alfred and Wulfric again. Besides, I know one person who would just LOVE to see you dressed up as you are now." She blushed, as a new thought occured to her. "Besides, Lupin might be up." Lily was the only person in all of Hogwarts who knew about her secret crush on the boy. Alice probably wouldn't care, just try to get them together, which would have been embarrasing. And Florence? Forget about it. She would make fun of Marlene.
