Arghhhhhh!! Somehow I've failed to correctly record Coda. All I got is a blank tape. :gah: :gah:
Sniff, I guess there's no legal way to see it plus I cannot not download anything to save my life.
Sooo, I guess I'll see it when it repeats in the summer or on the DVD.
:(
It sounded like a good Reid episode. :(

D'oh. I can only download between 1am and 6am without it screwing my bandwidth, but it takes about an hour to dl...
Wish I could find a way for you to see it sooner.

Sorry you didn't get to see it. I wish I could make a copy of it for you but I only have an old crappy VCR that no longer works very well. If it makes you feel any better it wasn't really a Reid episode, it was more of a team episode. I've read a lot of reviews for the ep on various sites and I seem to be in the minority where I didn't think it was all that great. I thought it was kind of flat, it wasn't bad but it wasn't good either. Reid was great, the team was great and the kid who played Sammy was great as well. But I really did not like the actors who were playing the wife and the unsub. I felt that I should have been sympathetic to them both but I was not. I don't particularly like the actress playing Tsia (? the interpol lady) either. I don't like the previouslies on the last 2 episodes either, they have been way too long and are annoying IMO.

I agree with your assessment, Mirri.
I mean, I liked it compared to most of the other episodes this season. It was far better than 25 to Life and The Thirteenth Step-- but those ones were just especially bad.

woohoo, Coda was repeated so I didn't have to wait til the summer. Still not sure if I want to get the DVD for this season. Depends on the quality of the extras.
I liked the music for this one. The basic theme was interwoven throughout with nice variations to set the mood for each scene. I thought Reid was going to be more analytical with the pattern the kid was playing in order to figure out what he was trying to say but it was still an interesting set-up.
This was not a BAU case since there is no indication that the killer would be a systematic, serialized spree killer. But any excuse for Reid to look concerned and sweet is OK by me. :D
Hey, he is the go-to guy for dealing with disenfranchised, dispossessed youths. He is the champion for alienated, misunderstood youths so bring on those types of scripts!!!! thumb up
His hair looked fluffy like a little lamb. I kept wanting to pat him on the top of his head. :)
