Wow, it took you this long to finally see Moseley Lane!!!!! I guess I need to rewatch it cuz I barely remember anything about it. But it did have a creepy horror movie feel to it.I don't watch Wes Craven stuff so couldn't say if it mimics him or not. |

I liked the music and feel to it and the way it was filmed. I liked the acting and how people interacted (especially the hugging scenes at the end). I think Reid said 5 years, 7 months, and 19 days (which is actually not enough time to cover how long he really should have been on the team-- bc I think that was the date of the pilot episode-- and Reid was supposed to have joined when he was 22 and he was 23 in the pilot). Despite the directing, I still felt that the story was weak. We didn't get an explanation of who the unsubs were or why they were doing what they were doing-- or even what exactly they were doing. In some regards it made it creepier to not know what they were doing... but it still would have been nice to get some profiling. At least Morgan wasn't acting like a complete thug (which one would expect from an Erica Messer script). |
