I don't understand mph...its like measuring the temperature in fahrenheit instead of degrees to me.
mph = miles per hour. 95 mph is pretty darn fast. 37 mph is kinda slow.

According to the miles to kilometers conversion, 95mph = about 152.88768 km/h. 37mph = 59.545728 km/h.
1 mile = 1.609344

(for future reference).

To convert Fahrenheit to Celsius: subtract 32 from the Fahrenheit number. Divide the answer by 9. Then multiply that answer by 5.
To convert Celsius to Fahrenheit: multiply the Celsius temperature by 9. Divide the answer by 5. Now add 32.

So, in Singapore I used to keep the air conditioner in my room to keep the temperature 17.00° Celsius which = 62.6° Fahrenheit.
And right now outside it is 92.5° Fahrenheit which = 33.61° Celsius

(If you don't feel like doing the math yourself there is always the calculator at http://walking.about.com/library/cal/uctemp.htm)

When Matthew said he doesn't drive over 37mph I almost asked him if he drives a Kia (they have very weak engines and are pretty much pieces of garbage-- they are like the e-machines/compaqs of the car world).

Thanks for the info but...Yess I am aware of how to convert from one unit to the other. I really couldn't be bothered to look it up or calculate it by hand. It really doesn't seem that important plus his tweet was pretty self explanatory I did get the gist of it, that 95 mph is super fast compared to 37 mph.

wtf....'surprise blind date'!!! what? If he is twittering about it does that mean its going badly???

O.K. now that I have calmed down a bit, I actually wouldn't mind if he is dating someone, as long as they are a decent person, have class and seem to be good for him.

Is it wrong for me to wonder if his "surprise" blind date involves duct tape or chloroform?
