[[ATTN: these are the definitive types, any variation on types/abilities needs to be agreed.]] [[Taken from Matrix strategies File 16-A/6]] Exile types and strategic notes. Exile (Standard) Appear as normal humans, only those with code vision can distinguish them from blue/redpills. Strengths: Potential (as per zionites) for enhanced strength, speed and focussing abilities. Weakness: human fragility Doberman (also known as Wolfkin, Lupine and Warewolf) Appear as larger than life human, most commonly being well built and fairly animalistic in mannerism and dress. Strengths: Enhanced strength (approximately five times that of normal humans), Enhanced speed (twice that of normal humans), Regenerative capabilities of non fatal wounds (Four times faster healing than normal humans e.g a bullet wound takes a week to heal instead of four) and enhanced senses of smell and hearing. Addendum: In rare cases, it has been observed that some unique Dobermen have the ability to increase muscle mass and volume making them appear larger than the average doberman. Weaknesses: Strong aversion to Silver. Fatal wounds (eg: head shots, decapitation) with non silver will still kill a Doberman. non-fatal wounds involving silver will cause a blood poisoning type effect which will ultimately kill unless quickly treated. fatal wounds involving silver will kill outright and instantaneously. Vamp (also Known as Vampires, Vampyr and Nightkin) Appear as graceful and sophisticated humans, usually taller than average. in most cases the presense of fangs has been noted, but whether they serve a purpose beyond appearance requires more investigation. Strengths: Enhanced strength (approximately three times that of normal humans), Enhanced speed (four times that of normal humans), Regenerative capabilities of non fatal wounds (Four times faster healing than normal humans e.g a bullet wound takes a week to heal instead of four) and enhanced senses of smell and hearing. Weaknesses: Strong aversion to Ultraviolet light and a stake (wooden/silver/gold) through the heart will kill a vamp outright ( the original coding was modelled on the folklore of humans in order to make them more believable). Focussed UV light will cause a Vamp to combust violently. The sun however will simply incapacitate a Vamp. Ghost Appear as pale or even albino, the few encountered also seem to accentuate this by wearing pale or light clothing Strengths: Ghosts have the ability to "Phase". this involves the metamorphosis of the cells in they're bodies to match the surrounding code of the matrix. This allows them to pass though solid objects within the matrix. It has been noted that the phase ability can be localised. (e'g only the arm, rather than the entire body.) It has also been noted that non fatal wounds sustained in a ghosts solid form can be healed instantaneously by phasing and then rearranging the damaged cells. Weaknesses: Solid form:- In this form they are no more impervious than a normal human. Phase form: they are impervious to harm, although they cannot interract with solid objects either. Witch The rare Witch type programs are all female in gender. It has been observed thay they favour a gothic or classical style of dress. Strengths: Varying abilities, the majority of which involve the effecting of the matrix's code. Most commenly manifests as telekinetic abilities. Weakness: Human Fragility. It is for this reason that those Witch type programs encounterd were within the protection of the Merovingian. Angel One of the oldest and rarest types of program. The angel type is a rare occurance having been wiped out by the Merovingians forces in an earlier version of the Matrix. Very few survive. It is speculated that the program Seraph was fomally an angel type prior to his exile. Strengths: Enhanced speed, strength and potential precognitive skills although this last skill is largely speculation. Weaknesses: Human Fragility, although this has not been documentated as fact.
