Le Rules
1) This is the Matrix, not god land. You will get hit; even Neo did during his time as 'The One'. So you are no expectations. 2) Role Play in the Third person. Example: This is wrong. I jumped into the air going higher then i had even before in my life. This is right. Bob jumped high into the air, the wind pressing against his face. he knew he was going higher then he had even done before. 3) During a fight with a fellow player do not, i repeat do NOT taken over the character. Here is an example of what NOT to do. Bob smacked Jimmy in the nuts making him fall to the ground in pain. Here is what you SHOULD put. bob throws a punch aiming to hit Jimmy in the nuts. 4) While facing off a random NPC (something that you, yourself control) you can kill them or/and take control. 5) Death. Most of the time death will happen very little, unless you fight an NPC. but if you get into a fight and you get Permission from that person to kill off their character then by all means do. But the admin will be expecting a forwarded PM for the conversation. If one is not found then action will be taken. 6) Having more then one character per account. Is now allowed. However, for regular people (Agents, Exiles and Zionites) to be allowed 2 characters, they must have 200 posts. To get a Third character, you must be an Elite, Role Play Trainer, Mod or Admin. 7) Abuse. Any sexual, racial abuse coming form anyone will receive one warning then a straight IP Ban from the site. 8) Pornographic pictures are not permitted. But detail is fine. 9) Blood and gore is fine by me, just don't expect me to clean up the mess. 10) Title codes: [P] = Private - If you haven't been invited via a PM don't bother posting [R] = R rated - This is were the mega blood and gore or 'graphic' detail will come into effect 11) Do not, I repeat do not, ask for mod status or Elite status, people that the Admins and Mods feel deserve this status will be given, not if they ask. 12) Swearing. I do not have a problem with swearing but if it is just abuse/useless swearing then it will be treated as abuse and will be dealt with accordingly. 13) Flaming. If anyone is caught doing this, then those people will get a PM asking why this is happening and then once the issue is know it will be dealt with. Just please try not to have it starting in the first place. If you have a problem with one of the other members please PM an Admin and tell them what’s wrong. 14) Do not PM and Admin asking for them to allow your character if this happens then you will be held back another day. So best to just wait. If and only IF your character has not been replied to by an admin after a week you may PM an Admin, and they will try their hardest to get to you ASAP. 15) I do not want to hear any people going on complaining about some-one getting a promotion and why they haven't if you intended on doing this and by all means... BUGGER OFF! 16) This ones for the Mods. Please do not delete a post unless it is completely made up of stuff breaking the rules. But before you delete a post please PM and admin and wait till he gives you the go ahead to delete it. 17) Registering - Please have it so your registered name is the same as the one you intend to use. If you are found using one person from the film, eg, Neo, Agent Smith, Ghost, An admin will ask you to a) create a Bio b) To make sure that the person name you choice will be no-one from the film c) change your name to the first (or both) name of the bio. d) Leo likes the sound of Chicken Noodle Soup 18) Do not post in other People's bios, unless you are mod or Admins. 19) So that people can now post in more then one topic at a time. please post during your first entry what this is after. So then people won't get as confused with where you have come from.. 20) Graphic size, please do not be bigger than 400 * 600 (H*W) or they will be deleted. 21) Recently there have been a lot of names which are getting annoying. Please, if you are going to be an Agent, that is fine, just stop calling yourself Agent Whatever, it just becomes annoying trying to sort out stuff. 22) Do not post in old topics. If they are old, they are dead, talking in topics that are dead will be classed as spamming, and that’s a no... 23) Having celebs as your character. Ok this one is an interesting thing. We allow you to base you image on that person. Maybe even have that person's personality. But you must do the history yourself. Make it Matrix type and then you'd be sorted. 24) Warning System 1st Offence - A warning 2nd Offence - a warning Via pm and an increase in warning level 3rd Offence - Another warning and another PM 4th Offence - Suspending for one week 5th Offence - Bann This is the rough guide to how things will work around here, however the level of the warning depending on the type of offence.
