Alrighty. I think it's time we started looking for the locations we'll be filming at.

Parker, you're in charge of this one.

So if you've gone ahead and taken a look at the new scene 1, you'll know we need to find a building with a roof access, and a staircase going up to it. I can talk to any company/organization that might have one, the problem is finding out who does.

Any ideas?

Right... O_o

I thought that the director chose where we shot and I just set up a scene. If it's me though; cool. :P

So I get to set up the scene, set up the lights, and choose the location. Score- 3:0

Well I was mainly asking if anyone had any ideas on where we could film the first scene.

For the office scenes, I was planning on contacting someone from the RISD administrative building, so we could film there. I'm almost positive they would let us film there if we mention that it's for a school project... Though that would most likely mean that we would only have like, one day to film all of the office scenes.

And then we could use Mary's dad's office for the board room, Bekah's house for their house in the beginning, and I was thinking about asking Rachael Teague (don't know if you know her) if we could use her house for the larger house they wind up in.

So then all that leaves (as of now) is scene one. B-)

Anybody? =o

The one thing I don't have access to is stuff; I'm poor.

However, I might be able to find a suitable building. Really, we're going to need to film this scene in three different locations. Reasons?

1- You don't want to actually have to stand on the edge of a cliff, about ready to 'jump' (Scary and dangerous.)

2- Obviously, we're going to need an actual edge of a building or a cliff to look down (safely of course)

3- We'll need the inside/the stairs of the place and what that looks like, as well as the outside of the place and what that looks like.

I'm pretty we might be able to use one of the 2-story buildings in downtown Rockwall for the actually rooftop. There are ways of making them seem taller, from the top. :]

And I guess we could just find a building with one of those emergency stair areas.

By stairs I mean that the stairs we find in the building we may not like- as in they may look like crap. Also the inside of the building, walking to the stairs, and including the stairs, is usually a different place than what the outside of the building portrays.
