Think on This ... For the greater individual is the one who is the servant of all. And to conquer self is greater than taking many cities. For, here ye may find humbleness as against that which cries oft for expression, and the feeling of not being appreciated. Express it more in the greater amount of love upon those who may be aided through thy effort. For, remember, man looks upon the things of the day but God looks upon the heart. Edgar Cayce Reading 3253-2 ****************************************** For as the heaven is His throne, the earth is His footstool, so may we at His feet learn, know, become aware of, the knowledge of His ways. For He is not past finding out. For is God, the Father, so far away that He answers our pleas, our prayers, as from afar? Rather is His presence felt when we become aware of His force, His power, His love; the knowledge of His presence in our lives, our experiences, our undertakings in His name. Edgar Cayce Reading 262-95 ****************************************** What one thinks continually, they become; what one cherishes in their heart and mind they make a part of the pulsation of their heart, through their own blood cells, and build in their own physical, that which its spirit and soul must feed upon, and that with which it will be possessed, when it passes into the realm for which the other experiences of what it has gained here in the physical plane, must be used. Edgar Cayce Reading 3744-5 ****************************************** Try to see self in the other's place. And this will bring the basic spiritual forces that must be the prompting influence in the experience of each soul, if it would grow in grace, in knowledge, in understanding; not only of its relationship to God, its relationship to its fellow man, but its relationship in the home and in the social life. Edgar Cayce Reading 2936-2 ****************************************** Follow in that way that leads to the perfect understanding in Him, the giver of all good and perfect gifts, living as the ensample of manifested conditions exemplified in the body before a material world. Be not faint hearted, nor over-anxious, in the development, for the will of Him, the giver, must be made the will of the man. Edgar Cayce Reading 137-7 ****************************************** -----------most difficult this one----------- For, as has been given, it is not all of life to live, nor yet all of death to die. For life and death are one, and only those who will consider the experience as one may come to understand or comprehend what peace indeed means. Edgar Cayce Reading 1977-1 ****************************************** -----------put this on the fridge---------- Do not worry as to whether you are fat or thin. Worry rather as to whether you use your body, mentally and physically, as an expression of thy ideal. Edgar Cayce Reading 308-8 ****************************************** "For all that ye may ever keep is just what you give away, and that you give away is advice, counsel, manner of life you live yourself." The manner in which you treat your fellow man, your patience, your brotherly love, your kindness, your gentleness. That you give away, that is all that ye may possess in those other realms of consciousness. Edgar Cayce Reading 5259-1 ----------- my question here---did you give some one true love of spirit today? ******************************************For hope and faith are living--living--things! Thus hope springs anew with the growth and the knowledge and the understanding of the light on the way, and that life indeed is an eternal expression of the love of the Father; and that as it gives the expression through the individuality of each and every soul as it comes in material manifestation by the weaknesses, we find the strength in the Lord--and in the glories ever in His beauteous purpose with each soul; that purpose that ye might be the companions, one with Him. What one thinks continually, they become; what one cherishes in their heart and mind they make a part of the pulsation of their heart, through their own blood cells, and build in their own physical, that which its spirit and soul must feed upon, and that with which it will be possessed, when it passes into the realm for which the other experiences of what it has gained here in the physical plane, must be used. Edgar Cayce Reading 3744-5 I just adore this one Poppa. I never thought about how my thoughts on God actually effects the pulsations of my heart, my blood cells my own mind.. and this effects the cells and blood of my body!! How extraoridinary. We hear all the time of how our "thoughts" effect our reality now in this day and time. The whole "New Age" way of thinking. But, I never actually thought of how God, and our Love for God effects our physical bodies! I'll be thinking about that all day. Love and Be Well Gin |
