 This is were I'm going to pool all the ideas I have in my head and for other too see if they're wise chooses. So far I got about several in my head but I'll just give you one of them at the moment.  This comic would generally be a super hero comic taking place in a 90's New York, starring the The Mute. The story behind the name evolves throughout the comic as we see The Mute doesn't talk while solving criminal cases or even at all, so readers would identify the guy as The Mute. However, after a year of vigilantly justice, The Mute is caught yet doesn't talk during the interrogation nor in the prison The Mute is held in. They don't know The Mute's name (as it isn't on record) so the name 'Mute' comes up that would stick with The Mute the rest of the career. The Mute makes a friend in the prison as they plan an escape with good and bad results. Then after The Mute's escape, I'd have to think of more ideas later on... Still... The Mute pretty much just wears a trench coat, fancy black pants, a nice fedora hat, and a white mask that goes down to the neck. Sorry that I can't describe it too well in words. Once my drawing picks up I'll try and get one on the internet. The design my change through time. I personal love this idea. (As it's a super hero, duh.) Decent enough idea about a mute superhero but it may be tricky to pull off, seeing as how in order to draw in the readers you'll need to become RELLY good at detailed drawing or have some sort of sidekick just so SOME dialogue can occur. That physical description you gave though sounds almost EXACTLY like Rorschach from The Watchmen... |
