To the victor go the spoils...
Been meaning to do this for a while but hey ho.

In August of next year me and my blood brother Sharkman are going to be going on a roadtrip across the entirety of the continental United State of America.
We've got the obvious things on our to do list; New York, DC, Florida Keys, Graceland, Area 51, Grand Canyon, Hollywood, etc., etc., but what I want to know from the Americans around here is the LESS obvious things that we should see. Stuff from your area/state that is worth seeing but isn't in the guide books.

Any tips?

Pittsburgh is a pretty kickass city to check out. We have angry black people who shoot each other, filthy streets, and buildings!

Gettysburg is a definite place to check out too. If you're interested in US history, you'll find lots of important stuff there. Turning point of US civil war and all.
