You must be a PIF member, former or otherwise
-you must not have been banned.
-you must not violate PIF rules while here
-you are under TGP's rule for the time being.
You must proceed in an orderly fashion to the chatrooms
-If PIF is hacked, we will figure out what happened eventually, please remain calm.
-Please do a virus check if possible.
-Do not flame or blame other members.
-The admins are doing all that they can do to fix the problem.
-Do not tell them how to do their job, just give them suggestions at most.
