I'm glad he's deciding to hang them up (hopefully for good this time) As a Packer fan i couldn't be happier he retains his legacy and i never have too see him where a purple uniform.

Thats good for him and you. I wish Shaq did the same thing a few years back, hopefully he can win at least one more and then he decides to hang em up. It will be a very sad and happy day for a lot of people I am sure.

Ya but Shaq has a great shot at a ring with the Cavs if he wins one i could see him retiring if not 1 more year is what i'd expect.

I think that he is trying to get number 6 to have as much as Kareem or MJ, he always said he wanted 5 or 6 rings. I hope that he can get them, hopefully while keeping his spot at #5 in scoring in NBA history (Kobe could tie him in 3 years or so).
