MIDI Mod Wheel Issues

Hello everyone,

I'm having some issues with Moog as a midi controller. Everything works like it should, except for the mod wheel, which instead of moving up 127, it's moving many multiples of that, so the result is neat on occasion, but it's getting rather old. The mod wheel on the controlled device e.g. NN-19 (I'm using Propellerhead's Record) will appear to move the 127, but whatever the mod wheel is controlling e.g. filter freq. freqs out whenever I think about touching it. Is it because the Moog is analog? I'm going to post this in the Propellerhead forum as well. I'll post any results from either in the opposing.

Please help.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
