HAGER: Now coming over to the White House and you're down there in the bunker, and that third unidentified blip is coming down the Potomac.

For one thing, had you thought about the possibility that it might be -- I mean you're at the White House. That's the center where everything is going on. Is that something that would have gone through your mind?

MINETA: Well, the question was where is it coming. And so as I was asking Monte, it was following pretty much the DRA, the down river approach, and it had not crossed over towards the White House or towards the Capitol. It was staying on its line towards what would normally be the traffic pattern into National Airport.

And in fact, later on, in looking at the radar track, the plane had actually over-passed the Pentagon, then turned around and then came back into it, and it never took a wide sweep to cross over to the east side of the White House.

Uh huh? And? That would be Mineta and Belger's "Flight 77" aka the attack jet.

Unless you want to show me where Flight 93 was between the USA Today building and Reagan National.

Here is what Cheney says.....

A little weird...but the transcript from the White House link is not working. Although they probably updated it and removed it now Cheney isn't in office anymore..lol

Anyway here is a cached version....

Dick Cheney Interview

MR. RUSSERT: This is Flight 77, which had left Dulles.

VICE PRES. CHENEY: Which turned out to be Flight 77. It left Dulles, flown west towards Ohio, been captured by the terrorists. They turned off the transponder, which led to a later report that a plane had gone down in Ohio, but it really hadn't. Of course, then they turned back and headed back towards Washington. As best we can tell, they came initially at the White House and...

MR. RUSSERT: The plane actually circled the White House?

VICE PRES. CHENEY: Didn't circle it, but was headed on a track into it. The Secret Service has an arrangement with the F.A.A. They had open lines after the World Trade Center was...

MR. RUSSERT: Tracking it by radar.

VICE PRES. CHENEY: And when it entered the danger zone and looked like it was headed for the White House was when they grabbed me and evacuated me to the basement. The plane obviously didn't hit the White House. It turned away and, we think, flew a circle and came back in and then hit the Pentagon. And that's what the radar track looks like.

It was never there, Aldo. Belger was watching its projected path on the TSD.

You need this thing called evidence and you seem to lack any.

You are just presuming and there is no evidence for your claims.

It appears that Monte Belger called for the planes to be grounded before Mineta claims he gave the order.

Ben Sliney ordered ATC Zero, even Belger admits that:

12th Public Hearing June 17
2004
MR. GORTON: Okay. Let me go on to you, Mr. Sliney, with a few questions. When you on your first day on the job made two decisions on 9/11, that at one level at least weren't yours to make, did you not? First, that no one should take off; and, second, we should take all civilian aircraft out of the air. Is that not correct?

MR. SLINEY: That is correct.

......

MR. GORTON: It wasn't the formal protocol for Mr. Sliney to have gotten headquarters permission before he put in these ground stops?

MR. BELGER: I don't agree with that personally. I think -- I agree with Mr. Sliney completely. I think they had the authority to make that decision. I think they made the right call.

I do not doubt that there was an order before Mineta gave his order to bring em all. So that is one thing we can agree on.

However, Mineta is not aware of the order before hand and gives the order. Mineta goes on about they were alreadt bring them down on pilot discretion, but he said fuck that I want em all down now.

I believe that was probably the case, Silney, Belger and Garvey were already this but he gave the word to bring em all down as soon as possible.
