Well, here is my Monday morning quarterback review that might make me some new enemies. LCFC is a very good and very interesting film. It's a first rate production and it can be watched by anyone regardless of their opinion on 9/11. I'm hopeful that a new voice over can be added. Dylan Avery does a better than average voice-over. But perhaps only 1 out of every 100 can provide a voice-over that is comparable to the rest of the LCFC production. Most people can eventually play an instrument very well but very few can pull-off a good vocal. I realize that the original voice-over plans didn't develop as planned, but eventually the best available voice could be provided affordably by even unknown talent that specialize in voice-overs. The LCFC music and visual effects were created by people who specialize in these fields and for over-all best results, the voice-over should be performed by similar specialists. (Maybe such plans are already underway.) |

Perhaps another way of putting it might be to say that although Curt Schilling is a great pitcher, he is probably not going to get the New England Patriots to the playoffs as a QB. It seems that a film maker is like a coach, designing a game plan and deciding who is most talented at every position. A coach is always evaluated as to whether he has done everything possible to help his team win - did he select the best plays, QB, assistant coaches, etc.. All I can say is ... negotiating with the SAG is a bitch. I didn't want to narrate the Final Cut. I'm still pursuing the attached narrator, but it's a matter of money. |

I think she wants to narrate Loose Change, or so she says: http://192.20.225.55/tts/speech/5718b966872ed03ed6cd7405c6985450.wav

it's fine the way it is... the only audio problems are some changes in volume and some hissing that might have been filtered out, but it's hardly noticable when your focussing on the information, which is what you should be doing anyways. it's not about winning an award. it's about spreading the information. |

As I've said before, you bring the note of sincerity to the table. Hearing a professional narrator's voice on a documentary subject like 9/11 might lead a lot viewers to feel that it's too blatant an attempt to persuade them into believing a very unpleasant unAmerican message. I had an interesting discussion about 9/11 with a retired judge from North Carolina a few days ago and his biggest stumbling block was, "incredulity that the senior government members could have participated in such a horrid action". He also didn't buy the Iraq oil motive, but here his limited knowledge became apparent. His justification for invading Iraq was Saddam's murderous treatment of the Kurds but he offered little answer to the 100's of thousands of Shite and Sunni civilians who have died as a result of the civil war created by the U.S. sponsored invasion. He believed America was bringing democracy while ignoring all the other hell holes (think Uganda for example, 800,000 to 1 million civilians dead over 100 days as Hutus and Tutsis faced genocidal attacks) where America turned a blind eye because there was no self interest to be served. He was an interesting man but he really balked at looking at scary anomalies like WTC7. Anyway, I think it's extremely important to convey sincerity in the LC narration, and unless you have some other publicly recognizable AND very respected narrator, who possibly opens the documentary stating their beliefs on 9/11 and why they have chosen to be join the cause, I think you, Dylan Avery, are the best person to continue what you started with the first Loose Change. if it wasn't dylan's voice, it wouldn't be "Loose Change". |

Dylan, you are the voice of LC. Your diction and delivery are fine. The honesty of a guy from upstate NY is exactly what LC is all about. Listen to all of us, and then go with your gut. Carry on Chris |

It's currently being re-mastered in Dolby Surround 5.1 by the good folks at SMT Studios. We wanted to do that in the beginning, but, people were screaming at us to just finish the movie and release it. So we did. |

I was going to believe 9/11 was an inside job until I heard the narration....totally turned me off. Maybe if you had gotten Alec Baldwin I would be able to come on board but until then, Al Qaeda did it... (sarcasm) Edited by Roxdog, Feb 22 2008, 02:06 PM.

cool! did anyone notice that the guy who narrated portions of ENDGAM3 sounded a lot like the NBC anchor, Lester Holt? I'm pretty sure it wasn't him, but it sure does sound similar. Imagine that, if LC or Endgame were narrated by the same guy who did the History Channel hit piece. lol it's sad though, cuz if John Lennon were never killed, I could imagine him doing the narration. that would be classic ...but like I said, it's fine the way it is. |

Dylan: All I can say is that without you, Alex Jones and Mike Ruppert, 9/11 Truth wouldn't be half as big as it is. Thanx. |
