It's not that far.

The Navy Annex is right up the street but this video demonstrates beautifully how the topography and landscape make seeing the Pentagon rather difficult.

Especially where they said we have another plane 20 miles out and we're evacuating everybody.

The Arlington police announcing "We have another hijacked air flight coming in; a minimum of 500 yards from the Pentagon.

But there was no such aircraft was there?

Lol @ F-16 in the air after the Pentagon was hit.

It would take 5 mins to arm the jet with 22mm ammunition and take off. This is where Norman Mineta's information is key.
