I happened to send off an absentee ballet last week, which I had chosen to nominate Ron Paul. Today I received a letter in the mail stating that the signature on my ballet did not match the one on file. They sent me some forms requesting a bunch of info and to sign another affidavit to confirm my identity. I find it rather odd that in the past 10 years, nobody has ever had a problem with my signature and this comes up surrounding all the controversy around the media blackballing Ron Paul. First, I am going to try to determine if the sealed ballet has been opened, thus giving somebody the chance to discriminate based upon whom I voted for. So far, I have been unable to reach the elections office with the numbers they provided me. I know voting fraud is very real these days as we all know with the problems we have had in Florida. Has anybody else had similar or suspicious issues surrounding voting? Especially if its for somebody you have a feeling fraud might be commited against them. |

Your glorious Loose Change Forum dictator...

You know, the machines "broke" around my area, and left the crowds waiting for 20 minutes to fix them. I've always been suspicious of that ever since it happened. |
