1) Stop being a CONSUMER. Buy only things you need, are of true inherent value, or at the very least can afford. Agencies with a vested dislike for the middle class which at the same time NEED us to prop them up, refer to us as CONSUMERS. When you stop being consumers, they stop possessing power.

2) Learn or re-learn to create things yourself. Learn art, crafting, a skill where you can build or create on your own. Create your own gifts, your own art, etc.

3) If you need to go outside of your home and family for 'things' , try at all times to support local producers and farmers. Buy from farmers that don't produce GM foods or toxic cheap produce. Or, learn to create your own food if you can afford the space. Google books from Individual home based retailers or local used book stores, to purchase books on home gardening or back yard gardening, books on survival or craft working.

4) Get rid of all credit cards or consolidate to a maximum of two or less. Only establish or keep credit standing by paying minimum fees on small products. The credit will come in handy for a REAL purchase later, as in house or car. Stop purchases of little things, electronics, gadgets, (things from China).

5) Learn a creative trade or skill to sell locally yourself to supplement income.

6) Work toward a day of collective economic protest. Spread the word about a day in which people as a collective agree to boycott en mass a particular Corporation or Entity which engages in political or social subversion or nefarious acts.

7) Stop buying CRAP!! Stop playing video games, stop collecting things out of 'hobby' that have no true value. If you do collect, collect something with a rare and intrinsic value that can be auctioned later or has a time growth value(art, gold, precious metals, etc.)

8) If you can afford it, buy "organic". Many times organic or 'whole ' foods will be just a bit above major retail food chains, and sell a better product anyways.

9) Don't follow trends, trends are for sheep and geared toward consumers. Paying $200 for a pair of jeans is usually not justified. There are certain types of denim that are worth lots of money, but they are rare by rare brands. Most of the overinflated prices on denim or for the same exact quality of denim as much lower brands.

10) Save your money to buy precious metals. Say you go out to a bar every weekend and spend $40.00 a week (or more) on drinks that make you fat anyways. Use that monthly $200.00 to buy a piece of gold. A coin, a gold trinket, gold dust, gold flake, etc. Buy a safe to keep it in and accumulate.

11) Read books on precious metals, gardening, gems, metal scrap, crafting. These things will come in handy as the global market is suffering a blow, especially in America. The market values and quantities got too big. The retraction is going to rebound back to "local' commerce and neighborhood trade. These are good things to learn anyways.

These are just some ideas out the gate. The BEST form of protest is boycott and lifestyle change. The BEST way to attack tyrannical governments or Corporations, is to take away the money supply, i.e. STOP BEING A CONSUMER. If these things are practiced , just a little bit over time, the accumulative effect can be great.

12) Clear out junk from your home that you don't need. Organize your life to be more efficient. Learn to make your life more mobile and compact. If you do have things of value, think of selling them on Craigslist and using the money to buy gold, tools, equipment for gardening, camping, survival, water filters, seeds, growers, storable food, etc. Give your true 'crap' away to the Goodwill or attempt to sell it in a garage sale. Edit: Ebay is not a good place to sell right now. Ebay is tanking. As a professional Ebayer , I know the ins and ands of that place. Google "Ebay Alternatives" to sell on if you choose the Internet route. Statistically, garage sales and flee markets do much better now. Ecommerce is tanking across the spectrum. Most of you don't hold wholesale/retail accounts like I do. Ecommerce is only worth it when you have 'stuff'. Ebay should only be used if you are an expert at Ebay. But....if you have something rare and less competition, Ebay might work, just make sure it's a a worthy item.

13) Only buy tools or knives you need. Many sites advertise 'tactical' or 'survival ' gear "YOU NEED!!!!". Much of the stuff they sell you don't 'need' unless you are a die hard Survivalist and obsess in collecting survival gear crap so you'll be the Uber Survival Guy in the woods. Don't switch to being a survival gear 'consumer'. Multitools and kits are good. Stay away from cheap Chinese made tools. Buy something you can use for years. Leatherman and Gerber make good stuff. One Multi tool can last forever.

14) Do not buy bottled water. They waste money and are crap for the environment. As someone who is certified in water treatment, I can tell you that tap water is crap, but it's regulated crap. Bottled water is not regulated the same way. You really DON'T know what is in bottled water.
That being said, tap water NEEDS to be filtered, especially from Fluoride. Buy a water filter to hook up to your tap , or use as a post tap source. I use one called "Goldfox Ionizer". It filters and ionizes when I need a boost in alkaline water.

15) Stay healthy and stay OUT of the Medical Industry. The "Healthcare" Industry is a business now. Mostly at the whims of the Pharma Industry with 'deals' to keep you sick and addicted to crap that has does NOT heal or fix ailment. Exercise more, eat right, take supplements that are quality, not crap you buy at the local grocery story or Rite Aid. Take breaks from the computer and stop reading everything and sitting for hours. Buy the time you are 45 or 50 your heart will start to give from decades of being 'online'. Your blood is stagnant along with the rage and depression you get from reading how you're being subverted by nefarious people all day. These are lethal mixes over time. Cut back some and do more, whatever that 'more' is.

16) If you can do without it, sell your TV, or kill your TV. Use the money to buy a Gold Coin or Silver.

17) Join local Government. If you are eligible, join local city committees. Inject your brand of thought into the local process and infiltrate the established 'system'. This is more long term and less effective in the now, but it's a goal.

18)Improve yourself and your skills at all times. Being educated is one thing. Having 'skill sets' is another. Take the time that you use to learn things on the net, and switch it to learning things that can improve you as a person. Clean your mess, organize your paperwork, clean out your fridge, mow the lawn, read 'how to' books. Organize your life to buy more time and free up your brain. Get rid of cluttered lifestyles.
Upgrade your life while boycotting Consumerism and crap. Unnecessary lifestyles feed those 'in charge'. They love the fact you're keeping busy with garbage in and garbage out. Disconnect your own parasitic habits to stifle the REAL parasites.

19) Encourage having a goal. Encourage other 'patriots' to have a goal and join their goal if they propose one that is similar to your ideas. Don't let good ideas flounder and die off. The only real power to stop the Elites is to join forces in common goals. Choose the time and subject wisely to which one will be the most effective.
