| Investigate 911 | Feb 5 2008, 03:50 AM Post #1 |

I have researched 911 and the new world order for a while now and I am completely convinced 911 was an inside job. However i have heard people talking about the world ending in 2012 and stuff like that but i have never looked into the subject. I was just wondering what your opinions are on the 2012 theories and if there are any good films about it I should watch. Thanks! |

http://survive2012.com/geryl1.php Pole shift & pole reversal Just one of the so many theories that are going around. Seems plausible to me, but I don't really care. We'll just have to wait and see. Edited by outside, Feb 5 2008, 07:40 AM.

My understanding is that 2012 is connected to Peak Oil. MM |

Yes, Peak oil is one of the claims. "Some proponents of a peak oil catastrophe place major events in 2012. Richard C. Duncan's book "The Peak of World Oil Production" and "The Road To The Olduvai Gorge" claims that the Olduvai cliff will begin and permanent blackouts will occur worldwide. Several studies predict a peak in oil production in or around 2012. " wiki.answers.com/Q/When_is_the_end_of_the_world |

Fearmongering and unfounded claims. Conspiracy theorists (and geology theorists!) are no better than the government when they try and create a climate of fear based on theories and baseless arguments. I'm gonna worry about the here and now thank you very much. |

2012 merely signifies the end of an "age"... the age of Pices. That is why all the ancient calendars end in 2012. It also brings the new age of Aquarious. Does it mean the end of the world ? That depends upon the people who have their fingers on the nuke button... and should they actually be stupid enough to push it nature will still prevail. |

Some say the "Bible Code' also predicts 2012 as the end. http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=2204346468739067865&q=bible+code&total=1503&start=0&num=10&so=0&type=search&plindex=3 Take it for what you want. |

There was actually a show on the History Channel about 12/21/2012 that I would recommend watching (if I remembered the name of it). In it, the narrator suggests that the black hole in the middle of our galaxy will align with the earth and the sun, creating a polar shift by 30 degrees within days. However, polar shifts take hundreds of years to complete and do not create such an impact on the earth as they would want you to believe. Here's an excerpt of an e-mail conversation I had with a guy at my work:
This guy is by no means a geologist or a scientist, but he IS one of the smartest people I have ever met. He is a genius by measure of his IQ. I was incredibly worried about the future of our planet and our lives by 2012, but the above e-mail was sufficient enough for me to not believe in such a catastrophe. I hope it helps for someone else. |

I am interested in 2012 myself. The entire Mayen calendar was based on it as an end date. They called it "the return of the fifth sun" and the "tree of life". Work of astonomers also indicates a close alignment between our solar system and the galactic center. I've also seen some research indicating that imbedded in the symbology of certain monuments around the world, is a reference to this end date. To me, examining the behavior of the "illuminati" (beyond 33 degree masons) and their global aspirations, it looks like they are RUSHING to get their new world order in place, as if they are functioning relative to a countdown. Just look at how brazen the 9/11 event was, smacks of desperation. Personally, I think it's a psychological war we are in right now, where the battle is being waged in the psyche, as the elites fear the enlightenment of the masses occuring at the rising of a new dawn. They want the power inherent in it, while keeping everyone clueless and engaged in "business as usual". I believe that something is coming, some sort of superdeterministic event of some kind to mark the end of the age, where one worldview passes away and is replaced by a new one. Some believe that it represents a rise in novelty, where the bell curve goes to infinity, something called the Eschaton. It COULD very well represent the next "bifurcation" in our evolution as a species, where the next phase is of a purely spiritual nature. A Jesuit by the name of Pierre Tilliard du Chardin had a prophecy whereby he saw the formation of a new type of global consciousness emerging in which the archetype or the idea would be the formative and generative principal, in other words, a time in the future when ideas would be exchanged so fast and so ubiquitously, that the idea itself would come to "rule" the earth. Many liken part of his prophecy to the first prediction of a global internet. I think there are certain times in history and in terms of causation where all things converge, and this imo, is the 2012 end date, as the end of history, as we know it. If this is true, we are in a race, and the prize is history itself - the PTB's greatest fear being loss of control over it, and the revelation of the true nature of their "project" which they've been working on for centuries, even millenia. According to Bible prophecy, they do indeed get their NWO, but only for 3 years, after which God breaks it. In short, I believe that they are working hard under a very tight schedule, and I believe that the present history we are in now, ought to be framed relative to this end date, since that is what they appear to be functioning under, the goal in our case, being the enlghtenment of the masses, laying low their mountains of power. Edit: I'm pretty good at reading between the lines, and I am convinced that "they" the PTB and the Secret Society men of power truly believe that we are on a path, a trajectory, which leads directly to some sort of God realization, which may very well manifest, not only in conscious awareness, but in terms of some physical reality, and I am also convinced that it scares them shitless, because even for them, it's in a realm of an unknown unknown.
