There was also another street interview featured in it and I think it was the same reporter, Rick Leventhal? Rick was talking to a guy and seemed to get a message in his ear to stop talking to him and wait for the 2 guys with moustaches, you can hear him ask 'Why?'

Yeah I've got that clip, though I haven't really looked into this claim you're speaking of, the copy of FOX News channel coverage I have isn't all that great of quality I ripped it from a split screen mpg that was on archive.org, though it seems to be innaccessible now. What I have is a shoddy DivX I made from it. http://www.archive.org/details/911-Chronology-Source The clip you linked to aired live just a couple minutes before the north tower collapses.

Is it the clip of the guy in the truck you have linked to or the two guys with moustaches? I cant seem to fast forward or move the picture so I'll leave it running for a while. One more that was available in very good quality for a very short time and showed something strange was this... http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=1yIBOa2_xpc It cuts after 28 secs here and doesn't show the strike, I dont expect there is a better version of this around that doesn't cut off? Doubtful I suppose as it could be a home video camera. All the best, nick.

It cuts off at around 28 seconds in this clip but you can still see something to the right of the tower. It is a lot more predominant in the original high quality footage and it does not cut off. If you can find it you will see something very eye-opening though I do not profess to know what it is.

Since this was my thread to start with, I might as well answer, I'm here looking at the History Channel's "102 Minutes That Changed America" which is where the clip you linked to is from, from what I can discern there are numerous pieces of paper, and what looks to be a longer roll of black paper, a roll of white paper, perhaps printer paper, and a black object moving across the sky, probably just a helicopter coming in at the right at the end of the clip.
