Here's the NIST graphic representation of fire movement on the 12th floor.

By 5:00 p.m., it's obvious that even NIST's computer simulation is showing a decline
in fire activity in the critical northeast corner around column 79 (upper right).

Serious, high temperature fire in this area of the 12th floor was a prerequisite for causing
the 13th floor failure of column 79, as concluded by the NIST.

This is the NIST idea of accurate computer modeling.

I hate to think what the NIST would have considered unacceptable for their model?

MM, please note that you are comparing the video frame with NIST's 'no external damage' scenario. When you look for their simulation of the scenario with external damage you'll notice that they don't show anything above the 24th floor and they don't show the north side (now why would that be?). I did a small write up about it: http://www.911blogger.com/node/17436

Thanks for the correction arie and the link to your site.

I already got my wrist slapped over at JREF for that mistake.

This is closer to what I wanted to show;
