FOIA Log 09-58 is active and still pending. A follow up request for promenade photos of WTC 7 is being drafted. So far it is confirmed that a photographer named Cohen was in front of WTC 7 after both towers had been hit. Some photos of the towers smoking are readily available, and photos he may have taken of the area on the south side of WTC 7 would be responsive to the request.

To xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:

Please provide a status update of FOIA Log #09-58 (Promenade Photos of Solomon
Brothers Building a/k/a WTC 7 a/k/a World Trade Center Building 7) during the
day of 11 SEP 2001. In an effort to expedite the process, I can identify at
least one photographer who was in front of WTC 7 after WTC 1 and WTC 2 had been
struck by aircraft. The name of the photographer is Richard Cohen. I hope this
helps you to identify responsive photographs of the Promenade as described in
the FOIA request.

Thank you,

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Close up south side photos of WTC 7 from ANY TIME during the day of 911 are still being sought. One phototographer named Richard Cohen was on the south side of building 7 snapping photos. His photos looking up to the struck towers (WTC 1 and 2) as he photographed them standing in front of WTC 7 have already been published.

To Catherine Fletcher:

Hello. This is a follow up request for a status update of FOIA request Log
#09-58. I have written to you over the course of the last two years as an
attorney in an attempt to get images of the south side of WTC 7 from FOIA #07-76
and now FOIA 09-58. Apparently, there were copyright problems with the data
requested under 07-76. However, I have attempted to be more specific in my
request as stated in log #09-58. Photographer Richard Cohen is confirmed to have
been in front of WTC 7 after both WTC 1 and WTC 2 had been struck by aircraft. I
am attempting to get the photos he took of the WTC 7 promenade area and any
photos in general of that area during the day of 11 SEP 2001 as is stated in the
request. I understand that the related lawsuit regarding the structural
integrity of WTC 7 has ended and I renew my request that the responsive photos
be released to me on a simple cd-rom disc. Below I reiterate my status request.

I do apologize if your staff is presently scouring your NIST files for these
data, and are compiling such data for me and the historic record.
