There's a rule. Raise the money, and you can have a recount. But this rule was met by the volunteers organizing this, and donors contributing. I'm not sure who's to blame at this time, but this had better get fixed, or I'm going to be mad as hell!

Someone with a middle eastern name donated 1,000 at last moment to the grannywarriors Pay pal flags those as suspicious, so it froze the account. Granny Warriors were able to find a person to front the money for them until they were able to get their account activated again. So the NH recount is happening. Granny Warrior was stuck because her credit card was frozen also, but I am fairly certain some people sent her money Western Union so she could get out.

She said that they were able to persuade the SOS of NH to let them squeeze their recount in. Funny thing is that Romney has business ties to Ebay, who now owns PayPal, and although it might not have been linked to Romney directly, I wonder if this "middle-easter person" was directed to give money, knowing that it would freeze the account when he did.
