Take the video and re-title it "Troy from W. Virginia". Still don't get the urgency behind the drive to humiliate himself.

You want to get suspended in your first five posts? If you're here to mock people, keep your BS to the skeptics forum or you're gone. |

You don't know what I think. You're obviously here to elicit emotional responses from people rather than discuss the issues. Watch how you talk to people and mock them or I'll be more than happy to show you the door. |

You're an intelligent person. I can tell. And you being an intelligent and reasonable person, in all honesty I'm sure your critical thinking skills have led you to the conclusion that Flight 77 did not hit the Pentagon. It had to be a cruise missle like I was led to believe in LC2. |

Like I said, you don't know WHAT I think. In reality, I couldn't give a shit what happened at the Pentagon as NOBODY can really figure it out. It's caused too much division. If you've got nothing better to do than mock people, find something constructive to do, like debate your side of the story and support it with facts. |

they have to come here and disrupt the old forum because they finally realized they failed to ultimately disrupt the old one. They think they can start fresh with a clean slate. I made sure I grabbed my username before anyone else could

Eric, in most states, it's illegal to record someone's voice without their consent. Check the laws in Frankfurt, Indiana, because you may have grounds to sue his ass. The best part is that you have the video to prove it.

So Eric, any updates? If you want my advice, you should consult the Law Office of Smith & Wesson. |

Actually it is the opposite. In most states (including Indiana) it is perfectly legal to record a phone call you are having with someone without telling them they are being recorded. |

Prank calls are a "joint effort" and you cannot rebroadcast a telephone conversation on a CD or the Internet without written permission from the prankee. This is true for all 50 states. http://www.junkyardwillie.com/realaudio9/legalities.htm |

That page is a joke. What constitutes a "prank call"? And how can you "rebroadcast" when it wasn't a "broadcast" in the first place and isn't being "broadcast" now? Secret phone recordings get played on the news all the time without criminal or civil liabilities. Recording a phone call is not WIRETAPPING. The call is not being intercepted. When you talk to someone on the phone, you are making the choice to converse with them and should realize they could be recording the call (hence why it is perfectly legal in mot states). Under the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000, recording of personal calls is permitted without the consent of the other party involved so long as no one else is involved in the recording, and the recording is not then passed on to an uninvolved party. Wouldn't YouTube be considered an 'uninvolved party'? |

Well....first off, I am talking about US law. And second, I believe that act defines and sets regulations for the precedures of British intelligence services. I don't know that it applies to the actions of private citizens of the United Kingdom. I could be wrong. I don't know as much about contemporary British jurisprudence. Touché ... but the U.S. has similar laws. I'm certain about this because CCTV cameras are only allowed to record video but not audio, because it is not legal to do so. |

So what? What does that have to do with the the fact that it is perfectly legal for one person to record a phone conversation with another person without their permission in most American states?
That would be an interception of a conversation where neither party is aware that a recording is taking place. I'm not aware of any instance, without a warrant, where that is legal. But we aren't talking about intercepting conversations. |
