A Higher Evolution
In this video, Alcatel-Lucent is advocating the "Internet" as a utility of dependence like Water and Electricity. Given that "control" can be exerted by turning off Water and/or Electricity are we going to be left in a data vacuum if that same "control" is exerted on the Internet?
