Even though the UK is far far away, we too are obsessed with the race between Clinton and Obama.

I would like to see Obama win the race, as i feel he is just what the free world needs - a free thinker.

So who would you like to see win the race and take on McCaine?

Personally, Im still in denial that Ron Paul doesnt have a chance anymore. But out of the 3 main candidates left, I would say Obama, noway in hell would I want Clinton or McCain as allies to us in the UK.

In truth, and sadly, Ron Paul never had a chance, the war party were never going to let him get the nomination. Ron Paul has ran a heroic campaign though, and got the freedom message out wide and far, the mans a hero.

Dont write off Ron Paul ... he is the favorite overseas, they like him so much - they want him to run their country. He can Run Mine thats for sure... he gets me vote...
ALso, I have seen more Ron Paul Yard signs in the last 3 months than ever ... lets keep waking Americans up one at a time... we are very close to bursting the damn. and it will be over and the mainstream media will not tell you they lost the war. when you see FCC license revokations... time to celebrate Independance day II

Neither of them, they are both tied in with the CFR. And Obama is controlled by Zabignew Brzinksi (sp?), who is a CFR Member, Bilderberger, and Trilateral Commision Member. Out of the 3 sacks of shit left, i couldnt support any of them under any circumstances.

I think Obama is somewhat less of a threat to the country than Clinton.

Ron Paul got a decent write-up in Politico today. He says he expects some of his supporters to vote for Nader.

Quote:

He got 16 percent of the vote Tuesday, which, combined with Mike Huckabee’s vote share, meant that more than a quarter of the voters in the Keystone State’s closed Republican primary voted for somebody other than their party’s all-but-certain nominee.

Ron Paul is down but not out - Politico

The president is a symbolic figure and hold no real power in all actuality, the same people will really be running the country.

I own a big rot/chow/lab mix. My roommate owns two Siberians. While my dog's turds are enormous, my roomate's dogs' much smaller turds are far more plentiful.

In Australia we're being bombarded with Clinton and Obama and no mention of any other candidates. On those choices alone, Obama would seem to be slightly lesser of two evils.

On the other side of the fence, McCain is getting all the attention and there's never been a mention of Ron Paul. Is Paul still seriously in the running, or is the realistic appraisal that he is whipping a dead horse?
