He [Giuliani] was on Barbara Walters' 20/20 a few days after the attack. Guess who gave him that phone call Luke?" Luke: "I have no idea." "Dick Cheney." Luke: "Wow!" "Dick Cheney gave him that phone call folks. And if you don't believe me ... less than a week after 9/11 he did an interview with Barbara Walters..." Ghoulani's phone call warning him the towers were going to collapse.... Came from Cheney, and he ( Ghoulani ) admitted it on a 20/20 interview with Barbara Walters on 9/18/2001.
