Intense Premonition I had today.

I have NEVER made a thread about premonitions of a large chaotic event in my 10 years of being 'online'.

I usually hate such threads as they cause panic and if someone made a thread every week of 'imminent doom', they will likely be correct....eventually. They also sound kooky, as if someone is trying to be a 'clairvoyant' which I am highly skeptical of.

I've had 'feelings' before in my life, and on the rare occasion I have, they almost always came to be true that something was about to happen.

I had a very weird week with more deja vu/sync type things. I was kinda of comical and then something odd happened to me and I couldn't sleep. I experienced a weird De Ja Vu type event that took me back in some weird mental time warp where I thought I was reading something right before 9/11 happened. Hard to explain really. I saw the same articles I was reading, point to something like a map, like they were yelling at me.

Long story short, I just wanted to document this moment on a public forum. Most likely I'm just experiencing a personal thing, but I just wanted to write it out here.

Forgive me if this thread sounds alarmist or like the usual dime o' dozen 'OMG we're gunna dye" threads...but...I really have an odd feeling. I know....it's been said before...and yes, it's redundant. I totally agree.

I have no clue where or when, all I feel is 'soon'...meaning really soon. I don't know how big, but I get a feeling of a 'decision' with maybe an event. More 'decision' than event though. Or an event based on a decision...like a reaction to something. Yes it's vague, it sucks. I sound like a kook...I know. In fact my better judgment says I shouldn't even be doing this.

Just think of this as my own personal test and ignore it for the most part. I just wanted to get it down in case...

Thanks for understanding.

Don't feel kooky about it, cuz it happens to more people and they just don't admit it. My delusions are not mere delusions but solutions dilluted in the gyrating hemisphere of thought... Have you seen that movie The Knowing? My vision is like the fire that engulfs the earth, which I had before I saw the movie so I know it was not provoked by the movie. Seems Hollywood has premonitions too. There are loud booms in my visions, and people scream and try to run but wow there is no running from that huge wall of fire. I don't know where either, so your vision is showing a location and you should try to remember as if you are looking at a map and try to make it clear. I am in the Southwest but I felt it was in Nevada or more NorthWest from me as my vision shows me looking at a One Armed Bandit Slot Machine as a way to tell me something about where it is possibly. But I see the fire so it may be where I am too. This could be years from now though that is why it is hard to discern and deja vu may link far into the future, but people talk about the Mayan Calendar so 2012 is upon us sooner than we think.

Live it Vivid,

I'm surprised your main concern is being viewed as alarmist rather than just being mad/a liar/attention seeker.

Well, as far as I'm aware, I'm not 'mad'. I don't know what you mean by me being a liar. Attention seeker? I can assure you I didn't write it to seek attention. I have many places to go if I need attention from someone.

I was just throwing out a thought.

Didn't know you thought this of me...."mad"? "Liar"?

And maybe you can tell me what makes me 'mad'. Or what makes me a 'liar' while you're at it.

I'd like to know specifically.

I was going to add, that the 'feeling' I have was just a pattern I saw in something can't explain it, sorry. Rarely get those but usually they are before something. Never said I can explain it. I believe in synchronicities in life and recognition in patterns.

Or I can go with the other thought that I usually feel sick or 'strange' before huge earthquakes. Most likely I feel like we're going to have a huge quake soon.

Now being that I think I'm pretty rational, it doesn't sound that nuts. And more so this is the lounge, where people throw out random shit all the time.

I think AV is just wondering why you are concerned with being perceived as such...either way.

I doubt he is calling you out...

ahh..the missing inflection of the internet ^_^

I'm reading it like this....
I'm surprised your main concern is with being viewed as an alarmist,
rather than with being viewed as a lying madman attention seeker.

Sorry to hear you're having some disturbing premonitions ...let's just hope we will all be fine and dandy

Was this an ongoing occurance or a quick type thing. If it happened at a certain time, let me know the time in Eastern ST.
Weirdly and coincidentally, I had an odd experience on Saturday. Wonder if we are picking up on something?

Nope you read me right. Didn't mean to offend, but it just seemed weird that while saying you predict a terrible event in the future, your main concern was that people wouldn't like the fact that your prediction was of a terrible event. You don't seem to see anything wrong with making claims about predicting the future (something which no one has ever done nor is possible).

That statement is incorrect as I myself have done exactly that many times when I was younger, the most traumatic when I was 6 and 11 years old by predicting ( dreaming about ) a barn and a house fire respectively 3 days in advance.

I am however in no way saying that CP's prediction is true or false.

I fully believe humans can pick up on psychic energy. It can't be forced in my opinion, it just happens. I regularly will think of a child at my work, out of the blue, and then the child will relapse or die. It's kind of a joke at work, if I ask or say "How is so and so, I thought of him today.......then there they are in clinic next week relapsed. TOO many times in my 20+ odd career to be chance.
Children also do this regularly, there minds are so uncluttered. I've had my children answer my unspoken question. I witnessed my 3 year old nephew in the car singing "Old Mcdonald had a farm, e-i-e-i- the oven's on". Come to find out as we were driving to his house, his dad had fallen asleep cooking dinner, the dinner burned , the fire alarm was going off as my nephew was singing this song.
So, long story short I absolutley believe some humans are more in tune than others and feel future events, or present events. I think it is a special gift mostly untapped in us right now.

I think the quakes happening is maybe close to what I was feeling.

I made this thread about a month ago, so not too long. Not tooting my own horn, but just wanted to write about my weird 'ability'. I really do think I felt these quakes coming. But the feeling I had was a stronger one than usual. Hard to explain but it's like a tension and release feeling. When the threat passes I feel a release, but that hasn't come yet. Like there is going to be a series or something horrific like the old Indonesian quake a few years back. I still feel the tense feeling like something is going to crack or like it will change landscapes.

Just throwing it out.

I am a new member, but I read this post shortly after you first posted it.

These types of vague premonitions or predictions WILL ALWAYS come true. So, the quakes happen and now you want to attach it to that. Perhaps something else will come soon and you'll say well maybe it wasn't the quakes, it was this, or wait maybe....it could be endless.

I know you didn't specifically state an attack, but the reason I think you posted was because you figured it's getting close to the end of Obama's first year (just under 4 months) so you figured that Clinton and Bush had their "events" in their first year so Obama must be getting his "event" shortly.

You want to kind of have Alex Jones' July 2001 prediction and say see I told ya so, but there is nothing specific being mentioned like Jones did.

Is there a chance that Obama will get his first year "event". It all depends what they NEED to happen AFTER it and if they NEED it to get the people to ACCEPT it.

The Iran issue got a bit more traction recently, so if you said you felt that a Nuke is going to go off in a US city and they are going to blame Iran and take us into a 3 theater war, that would be something specific, not original, but specific.

Please don't take my post in an angry, insulting tone. I'm not trying to insult and please don't think I'm trying to put you down or anything, but you can't really say you predicted it if something big happens tomorrow, next week, next month.

actually if you go back and read the post i stated that i feel this way before earthquakes. I didn't state any 'attack', I didn't mention one.

I created this thread before earthquakes started happening as they are nowadays(look at the date I first posted). In fact, look at my posting and the correlation with the earthquakes. I think there is something to it.

In fact, I don't recall ever making a thread where I was trying to 'predict' anything, other than this thread. I'm not a huge fan of Alex Jones either(youre new here) I don't believe in "psychics", and I don't really believe people that claim psychic ability.

I have a sensitivity to quakes, there's nothing really bizarre about it.

Even look at the post I posted last night. Look at the time on it, how I felt that there will be more. Look at the swarm of quakes that happened today in California....I live in California.

If you think that all this is just my lucky shot at posting, go ahead. But I have never posted about earthquakes ever here. I have never talked about my 'ability' before.

If you don't believe I that ability then that's okay. But the evidence is in this thread, that's why I created it, to finally share with people the possibility that some people DO have a sensitivity to quakes. I have lived in California all my life and this has always happened. Does it seem strange to you that after years of posting, I would share this NOW?

I must be one lucky guesser correct? Maybe I should play roulette?

THAT was me August 20th.

You also said :

"The Iran issue got a bit more traction recently, so if you said you felt that a Nuke is going to go off in a US city and they are going to blame Iran and take us into a 3 theater war, that would be something specific, not original, but specific."

Yes, people have predicted a Nuclear War with Iran for the past 6 years, never happened. Unlike human events there are no recognizable patterns with natural events though. At least that I know of. There is nothing that can infer something might lead to a chain of events like politics can. So comparing them is Apples and Oranges.

It's fine if you don't believe I feel sick or have strange sensations or crawly sensations when huge natural disasters are close. Your opinion is noted, I just disagree. And I have never ever, anywhere on the internet, made a thread like this, I believe. So this is not some M.O. I stick to or attempt at sounding 'cool' or like I'm from the cast of Heroes.

When it comes to people and their special 'talents' I'm hugely a skeptic. This one I'm not, because I experience it first hand.

Your original post states...

"I have no clue where or when, all I feel is 'soon'...meaning really soon. I don't know how big, but I get a feeling of a 'decision' with maybe an event. More 'decision' than event though. Or an event based on a decision...like a reaction to something."

So let's see...

A "decision" with maybe an event. More "decision" than event. Or an event based on a decision...like a reaction to something.

Nothing about anything resembling an earthquake in there.

Now, another post you do mention an earthquake, but how many earthquakes happen every year around the world?

How long after you post about it does it have to happen for your "feeling" to get credit for it.

If I predict a bad earthquake is going to happen, eventually I'll be right too.

Again, I'm not trying to talk down to you, but you have to realize that anyone can "predict" something that happens around the world on a regular basis. I could "throw it out there" that I have a feeling that about 36,000 people are going to die from the flu this year, and actually, that's about how many die from the flu each year.

Do you see what I'm getting at?

WHY you ask?

Because that's what happens after big earthquakes.

Let's see what an expert says about the situation...

Seismologist Susan Hough of the U.S. Geological Survey said the energetic aftershocks did not appear to be unusual.

"It looks to me to be a generic aftershock series," she said.

Even a monkey could have predicted it.

My vision is like the fire that engulfs the earth...
Maybe you're seeing the eastern coast of Australia. It's entirely engulfed in red... dust. It's wreaking havoc everywhere. Computer data centres have discovered that the slightest leak in filtration is a disaster, no sooner do we clean up one mess, and then next few million tons of dust gets dumped on us again.

I guess I would rather red dust than another round of bushfires.

I wish it were that simple but it was real vivid no mistaking it for dust. I heard huge explosions that eminated from hundreds of miles away and judging by how fast the fiery walled wave of destruction blasted towards me it was massive. The imagery is so surreal and seared into my memory I can't forget it, making life now seem so mundane compared to such a vision.
