"Sadly, no matter how much Obama might like to investigate 9-11 or expose the cover-up, he cannot. It is no accident that the mainstream media, traditional lefty media, and well-known established investigative journalists have steered clear of asking any of the questions posed in your overview. Ask yourself, did the neo-cons also plant the bombs in London, Madrid, Bali, and Mumbai, and then silence the media in those countries as well? Those bombings carry the same eerie coincidences and contradictions as 9-11 because they are all part of the same effort to create a "global war on terror." I can't pretend to know the motives behind the need to create a new global enemy, but just mulling over that question one can come up with several likely scenarios. So, the point is, 9-11 has to be much bigger than just Bush and his cronies. There is a global operation, and a global cover-up, and the powerful forces behind it are not going to allow it to be exposed". Obama is not in a position to sanction a new 9/11 Investigation, nor create any real change that might upset those who pull his strings.

Build a new tower? If the US was in Iraq for the oil, why not directly blame 9-11 on Iraq. Why even bother going after Iraqi oil, when they could get oil from the Athabasca Oil Sands in Canada, very easily through the NAFTA? Do you know how much oil there is in Athabasca? Well, with modern unconventional oil production technology, at least 10% of these deposits, or about 170 billion barrels (27×10^9 m3) were considered to be economically recoverable at 2006 prices, making Canada's total oil reserves the second largest in the world, after Saudi Arabia's. Interisting. Surely its easier to invest in those oil fields, in a much friendlier country, where access would be easier and closer? No need for a costly war in Iraq. Just spend money on devoloping infrastructure to tap the oil in Canada. Closer, easier, safer and cheaper. Where does Iraq's oil go to?
