in my interview at the end of august last year wally miller told me has all the unidentifiable remains that don't match passengers. he told me that a "family member" of one of the hijackers contacted him asking to have his nephew's remains [read ziad jarrah]. miller told the family member he would be more than happy to return the remains to the relative as soon as the relative provided a dna sample so miller could match the remains. miller said the family member never contacted him again. http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=24...ly+miller&hl=en |

What I don't understand is why a local coroner was put in charge of identifying the remains? Shouldn't that have been the job of the FBI's Crime Lab? Also, when did coroners start doing DNA testing? |
