| UK police stage terror drills TODAY; is a false flag being staged again ? | |

It has just been reported on the BBC radio 4 news ( the serious channel ! ) That the UK police and rescue services are staging several terrorist drills over this weekend (28th of Feb and 1st of March 2009 ) The first one is in Kirby close to Liverpool, where they have converted a disused municipal swimming pool into a bomb site. They are claiming to be holding these drills to practice responding to bombs in banks and financial centres. I have not found any trace of this story on the vast BBC news website, it is almost as if they have announced it only on this national radio channel as a signal to those concerned to get into position. I am sure we all hope and prey that this is not a cover for a coordinated inside job. |

I do not think that anyone smart enough to coordinate any attack like that is stupid enough to communicate "Independence Day" style. They have probably heard of hand held secure radios and cell phones. Edited by Mick, Mar 7 2009, 02:16 PM.

Hi Mick, When you say "this is a god thing right?" You may be missing the point of my bringing attention to this event. Which is that we have witnessed "terror attacks" happening at the same time as the authorities are holding drills. Especially the July 7th London bombings which happened at exactly the same time as the authorities were holding an emergency drill excersise to simulate bombs being set off on the tube. Also the September 11th attacks where being held at the same time as military excersises which are said to have caused confusion with the tracking and identifying of aircraft. Therefore I think it is worth bringing any such large "terror" excersise to the attention of others, in case it happens to coincide with another so called terrorist event. |

They do, but we do not usually hear about them until long after they are over and a politician or other spokesman is announcing it to make a point that they are being thorough with preparedness. In my experience it is unheard of for them to announce it like this on a national radio station. Especially as this event is tucked away in a small town on the edge of a city. You would expect that the local press would inform locals who might be inconvenienced, but to announce it to the whole nation was very strange. Edited by UKperspective, Mar 8 2009, 01:00 PM.
