I was referred to this several years ago, but felt a little edgy about getting involved, so kept it at a distance.

The preached "ideals" are great, but are they genuine?

After reading what you dug up on NESARA, I figured you knock this one down in five minutes.

The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) is advertising in newspapers nationally seeking information from members of the public who have deposited money with Mr David Robert Siminton, Terra Nova Cache or the Principality of Camside.

The advertising campaign follows APRA commencing proceedings in the Federal Court alleging that Mr David Robert Siminton has been conducting an unauthorised bank called Terra Nova Cache since approximately January 2004.

Information received by APRA suggests that Mr Siminton, who is an undischarged bankrupt, received in excess of $5 million from members of the public and that he has also lost substantial amounts of money since 2004.

APRA Deputy Chairman, Mr Ross Jones, said that APRA had decided to take the unusual step of advertising nationally to provide every opportunity for members of the public to come forward.

"Depositors in an unauthorised bank cannot enjoy the same level of protection as depositors with an APRA-regulated bank. However, subject to the outcome of Court proceedings, APRA is seeking to provide an environment where remaining funds can eventually be returned to depositors," he said.

In a unanimous decision on 19 July 2006, the Full Federal Court in Melbourne upheld Mr Siminton's conviction for criminal contempt of court for trying to withdraw or transfer over $600,000 of funds frozen by the court in December 2005 to protect the interests of depositors in his 'Terra Nova Cache'. The Court ordered that Siminton pay a $50,000 fine to the Court within 60 days.

Mr Siminton was also ordered to pay a penalty of $5,000 for failing to place warning signs on the website for Terra Nova Cache to make it clear that Terra Nova Cache is not an authorised bank.

Members of the public who have information about or who have deposited money with Siminton, Terra Nova Cache or the Principality of Camside are invited to contact APRA on 1300 131060 or email APRA on contactapra@apra.gov.au

Principality of Camside Scam

Yet another fake nation scam is the so-called Independent Sovereign State of the Principality of Camside, which claims that it is the true owner of Australia. In fact, sCamside has no territory and exists only in cyberspace at their cheapie website at http://www.principalityofcamside.cc

As with the other fake nation scams, the sCamside sells worthless companies, theirs being evidenced by “Business Registration Certificates” for $60 each. But wait! sCamside will also allow you to use your E-Gold account or credit card to purchase a citizenship (yeah, and we’ve got a cloud we’d like to sell you a piece of!).

What makes the sCamside fraud unique is that it is tied to one of the strangest scams of all times, the NESARA cult/scam by a woman named “Dove” in the Washington area who is more than a few fries short of a Happy Meal and who has urged the removal of President Bush . Of course, just like the other fake nation scams the people behind sCamside have not just a few screws loose. sCammers of a feather flock together.

Like any other fake nation, sCamside is also tied to a bunch of other cheesy deals, including “health solutions” and an amazingly ugly Australian-built helicopter company. They don’t have a spaceport yet, but that can’t be far from the making.

Fake nations alert: http://www.quatloos.com/fake-nations.htm

Looks like a fraud and a fake country. The website design is also questionable, as well as the amateurish seal.

Its also suspicious that they registered their domain by proxy:

Thanks Sureshot.

The reason he would have been so successful, is his continued references to Hutt River Province which does exist, and is recognised by everyone other than the Australian Government as a legitimate "country".

Okay, now I'm off to buy my block of land on the Moon...
