From what I can see, the fact that some people think that there is going to be an NAU is presented as evidence that there is going to be a NAU. e.g. if CNN reports that some people think there is an NAU, then "the media has admitted that there is going to be an NAU, Lou Dobbs said so". Or if some academic says "an NAU would be a good thing", then "THEY are planning an NAU, they have admitted it". But where's the substance? There's nothing.
