The FOIA fee waiver appeal was acknowleged in September 2007 and the underlying request dates to August 2007. I understand that such things take time to compile, redact and convert. However, I am only requesting an update of the progress on both the FEE WAIVER APPEAL (FOIA Log # 07-76) and for the underlying data. I would greatly appreciate an acknowledgement of this email to you, and an actual update if possible. I will attach the actual fee waiver appeal in pdf format for your reference.
