As you are aware, I am waiting for an answer to my fee waiver request, and I am waiting for the underlying data. I understand that it may take some time to compile the data, redact information to the extent necessary, and convert the data to the appropriate format, but I would greatly appreciate an update. Alternatively, please provide an explanation as to why it is taking so long to process my request. Is this considered a “complex request” under the FOIA rules? On 17 Jan 2008, you indicated that a response was forthcoming "within the next two weeks." I requested an update of the Fee Waiver Request and for the actual underlying data.
