But people have rights and babies are people. Two points: A) What if that choice is taken away from them by failing contraception? B) Babies are people. But embryos are not babies. They are the beginning stages of an unborn human, but don't have the ability to see, feel, think, imagine, hope. Like I have said, I am against abortions taking place later in pregnancy when those senses are more developed, but then so is the law...
