First Follow up: March 1, 2008 Second follow up: March 9, 2008 Dear Attorney xxxx, I renew my request for an update of FOIA Request #07-76. On 17 Jan 2008, you indicated that a response was forthcoming "within the next two weeks." I requested an update of the Fee Waiver Request and for the actual underlying data. I again renew this request under Executive Order #13,392. Thank you for your continued correspondence. PS: If there is another party I should follow up with, let me know.
