March 1, 2008 Dear Attorney XXXXX, I respectfully renew my request for an update of FOIA Request #07-76. On 17 Jan 2008, you indicated that a response was forthcoming "within the next two weeks." I requested an update of the Fee Waiver Request and for the actual underlying data. I require the above data so that I may widely disseminate the information pursuant to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act, or appeal the matter to federal court. I totally understand that the collection and compilation of the data may take a reasonable period of time, but I would greatly appreciate it, if you could provide me with an accurate decision date.
