I have never joined any of those types of sites. My friends are "people with whom I communicate on a friendly and equitable basis". I have several Youtube accounts (keeps different topics segregated), and when somebody submits a "friend request" I put 'em through the third degree before adding as "friend". I have ONE Skype account and there are only about six people with access to it. As far as "social networking" is concerned, I'm perfectly happy with the humble email. |
