What a great idea. Let a foreign country build the president's helicopter. That way they know all about how the machine works, including all of it's security and safety features. Then if you ever need upgrades or parts, you're at their mercy of a foreign supplier, who is not subject to the same laws and scrutiny has a domestic supplier. Not to mention, the breach of security giving this contract to a foreign company would be to begin with.
