RE: FOIA Log #09-58 Status request

To xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:

Please provide a status update of FOIA Log #09-58 (Promenade Photos of Solomon
Brothers Building a/k/a WTC 7 a/k/a World Trade Center Building 7) during the
day of 11 SEP 2001. In an effort to expedite the process, I can identify at
least one photographer who was in front of WTC 7 after WTC 1 and WTC 2 had been
struck by aircraft. The name of the photographer is Richard Cohen. I hope this
helps you to identify responsive photographs of the Promenade as described in
the FOIA request.

Thank you,

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Close up south side photos of WTC 7 from ANY TIME during the day of 911 are still being sought. One phototographer named Richard Cohen was on the south side of building 7 snapping photos. His photos looking up to the struck towers (WTC 1 and 2) as he photographed them standing in front of WTC 7 have already been published.
