In an effort to expedite the process, I can identify at least one photographer who was in front of WTC 7 after WTC 1 and WTC 2 had been struck by aircraft. The name of the photographer is Richard Cohen. I hope this helps you to identify responsive photographs of the Promenade as described in the FOIA request. Above: A view through the famous "Bent Propeller" sculpture to the entrance door to the upper south lobby of WTC 7 prior to 911. Close up south side photos of WTC 7 from ANY TIME during the day of 911 are still being sought. One phototographer named Richard Cohen was on the south side of building 7 snapping photos.
