The thing is you keep forgetting is that the JREF Mods have NO EVIDENCE I'M A SOCK. Nothing, zilch, nada! And yes you have said that I was reported by other JREF Members and subsequently banned based on the information they had. This is the one piece of information they had and used to ban me. You have said that having a different IP doesn't prove anything and of course in typical psuedosketpical style, you fail to notice that, this is one of the reasons that the JREF Forum used to justify my banning in the 1st place, it appears to be their strongest evidence too. Double standards again. nicepants A different IP address proves nothing. JREF doesn't claim to have banned you based on your IP. So please tell us oh wise one? What information did they use to ban me? Because you make all these claims, yet you seem unable to substantiate them. If JREF doesn't claim to have banned me based on my IP?? Then explain why I was banned. As far as I know, I share a different name, email, registration details, IP address etc etc...I'm not even the same age as Pdoherty. You did say that "The JREF moderators didn't ban you on suspicion, they had their own evidence." And here we are......another page in and you STILL have no evidence for their suspicions other than other members groupthink, yet you still support their actions. hahahahahahahaha!! nicepants No, your point was that you registered on the same day as pdoherty, which is false. The point was, I registered the same day as one of pdohertys socks according to the info you provided, but you picked it up as a false claim because I forgot to mention pdohertys sock. So you thought you would try and confuse the issue with your semantics. You are saying that the only piece of evidence that the JREF Mods used ban me (i.e. The suspicion because I registered an account on the day a pdoherty SOCK was banned and re-registered or whatever he did?) is not solid proof of anything?? If it's not solid proof, (As you put it!) then the JREF Forum cannot justify why I was banned then as they now have no evidence, not even a solid piece. So therefore, you cannot justify their reasons for why they they banned me. Which makes a complete mockery of the last few pages in which you have argued and defended the JREF Mods actions. So if you are not part of the JREF Groupthink Nicepants, the question is why are you defending their actions so vigorously?? Thanks for at least admitting your mistake Yes I agree, but what you fail to recognise is that you or the JREF mods are not asking to me prove who I am, you are asking me to prove who I am to confirm I am not Pdoherty, when you have essentially said they have no solid evidence that I am Pdoherty in the 1st place. They suspected I was a sock, but you can't even tell me why they suspected it other than JREF Groupthink suspected it and the mods agreed but without any evidence. So according to you (Without any evidence!) the JREF Mods have information I am Pdoherty. Even though you or I haven't got a clue what that information is. Ever thought it doesn't exists?? You also forget that Orphia Nay & Oliver tell me the JREF Mods know I am not Pdoherty and a thread was discussed over at the JREF Forum about it, yet you still tout your unsubstantiated that the JREF Mods apparently as info that I am him?? I suppose I shouldn't expect any apologies from you or for your unsubstantiated claims throughout this thread?
