Unbelievable, isn't it? The site was a crime scene with a very large number of victims in the rubble. The section should have been roped off and all of the debris should have been carefully sifted through, in order to recover the remains, the parts of the plane and the rest of the evidence. None of this happened. Instead the Pentagon sent in the shovels and backhoes within the first day and they couldn't clean up the site quick enough, destroying all the evidence in the process. But the blatant disregard for the remains of the victims is the most appalling. |
