A phantom bridge. Ooooooooo spooooooookey! Well Craig, here's a picture showing the many bridges/overpasses in the area: Take a close look at it, and then go re-read what I said. I wasn't talking about some secret bridge Lloyde's car was on. I was talking about other bridges his neighbor could have been on. Most likely, he was up on the 395 bridge just south of Lloyde's car. At what point did Lloyde say his neighbor took pictures of the light pole and cab from up on the bridge? He says his neighbor was "up on the bridge." And he says he took pictures of the pole and the car.
