It dosen't make any sense. Do you think Obama and Bush work for different people? They don't. Obama has no say in what goes on. 9/11 wasn't done by Bush. But it benefited the powerful interest groups Bush (and Obama) work for. The real power structure of government is very different to what the public perceives as the frontmen of politics.
