Institute for Advanced Strategic & Political Studies (IASPS), a Israel-based think tank with an affiliated office in Washington, D.C., was founded in 1984 by its president, Professor Robert J. Loewenberg. William R. Van Cleave is the director of the Division for Research in Strategy. [1][2] A profile of "strategic fellow" Paul Michael Wihbey described IASPS as "a think tank based in Israel that aims to shift America's dependency on oil from the Gulf nations -- hostile towards Israel -- to other parts of the world."

The only problem is that the IASPS website is based just outside of Philidelphia Pennsylvania.

The host name is perfora.net which means to perforate or punch.

I don't understand the significance of the website location. The IASPS was an Israeli thinktank for Israel, all of the staff are Israeli Jews. 39/79 members of PNAC are Jewish, that is 50%, and is the most Pro-Israel thinktank of all time. It was talking about removing Saddam and WMD crap back in 1998. Richard Perle, Douglas Feith, and Paul Wolfowitz were members of the Bush Admin defense sector and are the chief architects of the Iraq and Afghanistan Wars. All three of them have been investigated for passing secrets to Israel. Philip Zelikow wrote the pre-emptive war strategy for Iraq, and also wrote the 9/11 omission commission report himself. Dov Zakheim, a member of PNAC, was the Pentagon Comptroller when the $2.6 trillion went missing. The specific part of the Pentagon that was blown up contained all the budgetary information. That was deliberate. There was no need to attack the Pentagon, the only purpose was to destroy Dov's paper trail. Take one guess to where all that missing money went? Zakheim was a contributing author to the "Rebuilding America's Defenses" document which called for a "New Pearl Harbor" among other hideous things. What are your doubts?
