Lloyd's cab story & light pole hijinks were necessary only if there was NO IMPACT.

Since light poles -- allegedly downed -- were on south-of-citgo trajectory (which almost no one will defend in light of NOC witnesses canvassed by CIT) -- this is further evidence that a SOC path, and SOC impact, were simply after-the-fact fabrications.
