You can't see from the ground if a plane has turned off the transponder

sorry Woody, i should have worded it a bit different.....

How was it known that the transponder on the Cessna was off ?....
Do any other witnesses confirm a "CPT"-(Cessna Plane Theory)?...
and also wouldn't a "CPT" have to use a TV Fakery angle ?...

My understanding is that the witness observed the Cessna flying low over NYC, and maybe shortly after he lost the sight on it, the North Tower was impacted, so he thought it was the Cessna that hit the tower. I'm speculating here, but this is exactly what I would hope to learn from page 2.

I also don't understand the "transponder" remark. The official story (Flight 11 hit the North Tower) was already installed when the witness was interviewed, so maybe he wanted to say: if something was odd with the Cessna, then it must have been part of the attacks. I don't even know if all Cessna's or VFR planes (Visual flight rules) use a transponder.

Fact is that the earliest reports on the North Tower impact are talking about a "small plane". Even General Eberhart mentioned that. I don't know - this is for Bonez - what's so wrong with the idea that a small plane hit the tower. Why do you expect video footage? There is rare footage on the first impact, and the quality is so bad that you don't even recognize the size of the plane.
